Caran d'Ache
Established in Geneva since its conception in 1915, originally as a pencil factory, the Swiss firm evolved over the years, until, in 1953, it launched its emblematic Ecridor collection with its hexagonal design, a recognizable feature of the firm to this day. Its famous 849 pen has sold millions of units and its high-end models such as Varius, Leman or Madison are recognized worldwide.
