1-CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions regulate the online purchase and sale of the products offered to the public by LA CENTRAL DE LA PENGRÁFICA, and put on sale through the technical means that the seller incorporates into them.
2. ADHERENCE TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS.
The completion and sending of the Purchase Order, by the buyer, expresses full and unreserved adherence to each and every one of the General Conditions, as indicated in the Purchase Order.
3. ORDERS.
Purchase Orders will only be sent to LA CENTRAL DE LA PENGRÁFICA, by electronic means from the On-line store. Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, La Central De La Pensografia will send a confirmation of the purchase contract. In the event that at the time of receipt of a purchase order there is no stock available of the product or products, LA CENTRAL DE LA PENS will offer the possibility of waiting for a new delivery time or cancellation of the order.
Orders placed after 12.00 will be shipped the next day.
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT.
4-1 The price of the products shall be paid exclusively and at the customer's choice, by any of the following means:
a) By credit card. This service is directly provided by La Central de la Pens and includes all responsibility in relation to the confidentiality and security of data provided by the client.
b) By bank transfer to Banco Santander
c) By, PayPal. In this case through the account created by the user himself.
The costs of conditioning, packaging and shipping of the products purchased, as well as other applicable taxes, are borne by the customer who will proceed to pay them with the price of the product. For Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and Portugal, the customer will be responsible for the amount of customs and/or local taxes.
5. RESERVATION OF TITLE.
Espluman S.L expressly reserves ownership of the product until the full payment of its price, expenses and applicable taxes, as well as late interest.
6. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.
6-1 Risk transfer. Delivery will be made by making the product available by LA CENTRAL DE LA PENGRÁFICA, or by a third party on behalf of CRUZALTPENS, at the address indicated by the customer in the order. The goods always travel at the expense and risk of LA CENTRAL DE LA PENGRÁFICA.
The goods are always accompanied by a delivery note in which the receiver must record any defect found, which could be attributed to the transport, providing a period of 24 hours for any claim. Unless agreed in the contract, the delay in deliveries will not be sufficient cause for the cancellation of the order or for exercising any claim. Losses, delays or breakages in transport will be claimed by the party that consigns the transport company (without this holding us responsible).
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be very happy with your purchase, but if not, we offer you the possibility of returning it within 14 working days of delivery.
Shipping costs, provided that they are not due to error or defective goods, will be borne by the customer. We do not accept shipments with freight collected. Please send your returns through a reputable shipping company. LA CENTRAL DE LA PEN is not responsible for damage, loss or theft through the transport of these.
When we check that the product you want to return is in perfect condition, we will process the return
In case of return, the price of the product will be refunded (excluding shipping costs)
7- RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY.
Espluman S.L will be released from compliance with the delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in respect of the following cases.
a) Total or partial non-payment of the order made by the buyer.
b) Omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the customer in the Purchase Order.
8- WARRANTY.
The regulations in force according to law will be applied. The exchange of an article for another of the same model will always be made and if it is a discontinued article it will be done for a similar one.
9- RETURNS.
LA CENTRAL DE LA PENGRÁFICA is responsible for the quality of its products and accepts the return of any defective products, as well as any purchase made erroneously or unsatisfied. The deadline for claiming or returning a total or partial order will be 14 days after receiving the order.
As long as the return is caused by non-compliance on the part of the company (defective order or in poor condition), LA CENTRAL DE LA PEN PEN will be responsible for the return costs. If, on the other hand, the item was purchased by mistake by the buyer, he will be responsible for the return costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of these goods.

your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without any undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You will only be liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
