Founded in Heidelberg in 1889 by Heinrich Koch and Rudolph Weber, it was not until 1903 that the manufacture of fountain pens and other writing utensils began in large quantities, although always made by hand. In the 50s, they designed and manufactured what would be their most characteristic pen, the Sport model, which varied slightly over the years until it became the piece we all know today. Its product range continues to expand today. Quality and design remain their philosophies.
