Created by the Visconti house to commemorate the signing of the Treaty on the Constitution
European Union on 10 October 2004 in Rome. Celluloid body and cap in blue-toned vegetable resin with rhodium-plated metal details. Crown with embossed logo of the brand, central ring engraved with the Roman numerals I, Il, Ill and IV, referring to the four chapters into which the Constitution is divided and clip curved design decorated with the stars of the European flag on a blue lacquered background. On the deposit, which reads "Constituzione Europea", a transparent window with the inscription "ROME 29-10-2004" also reveals the name of each of the 25 signatory countries of the Treaty, which appear as the mechanism for turning the bib shorts is activated.
